Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide through our contact and estimate forms, such as your name, email address, phone number, requested services, property or project details, your message, and optional photos you upload of a tree, work area, or property. Please do not submit sensitive personal information or images of people who have not agreed to be photographed through these forms.

Our website and service providers may also collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, approximate location, referring page, pages viewed, and interactions with the website.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate and schedule potential work, prepare estimates, communicate about requested services, maintain website security, prevent abuse, understand website performance, improve the visitor experience, and comply with legal obligations.

Submitting a form does not create a service contract. We may contact you by phone or email regarding the request you submitted.

When we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website, host data, deliver email, analyze website use, or support our business. These providers may use information only as permitted by their agreements and applicable law. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

We do not currently sell personal information. We also do not use personal information for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. If our practices change, we will update this policy and provide any choices required by applicable law.

Cookies and analytics

In production, our website uses Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and the Meta Pixel to understand traffic, measure advertising performance, and learn how visitors interact with pages. These services may use cookies or similar identifiers and may collect device, browser, approximate location, page-view, click, scroll, and session interaction data. Information typed into form fields is treated as sensitive and is not intentionally included in analytics or advertising events.

When you arrive through an advertising or tagged campaign link, we may retain the landing page, referring page, campaign parameters (such as UTM values), and advertising click identifiers (such as GCLID, GBRAID, WBRAID, or FBCLID) with an estimate request. We use this information to understand which campaigns generate inquiries, measure advertising performance, and avoid attributing leads solely from the page URL.

You can limit cookies through your browser settings. You may also review Google’s Privacy Policy, use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, review the Microsoft Privacy Statement, and review Meta’s Privacy Policy. Blocking cookies may affect some website functionality.

Data retention and security

We retain inquiry and estimate information, including optional project photos, for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate the requested work, maintain business records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and protect the website. Uploaded photos are converted to an optimized format and stored in non-public application storage. Authorized recipients may view them through long, randomized links included in estimate-notification emails and the password-protected administrative area. Anyone who obtains one of those links may be able to view the associated photo until the request or photo is deleted, so recipients should not share the links. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live and which law applies, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. We will honor legally recognized browser-based opt-out signals where required. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request and will respond within the time required by applicable law.

Children, external links, and policy updates

This website is intended for property owners and service customers and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our website may link to third-party sites whose privacy practices we do not control.
