Acceptance and permitted use

If we agree to perform work, the written proposal or service agreement accepted by the customer controls the project, including scope, price, payment terms, scheduling, cancellation terms, cleanup, exclusions, and any service-specific conditions. If these website terms conflict with that signed agreement, the signed agreement controls the service work.

You are responsible for providing accurate project and contact information and for having authority to request work at the property. Before work begins, customers should disclose known hazards, underground or overhead utilities, irrigation, septic systems, access restrictions, property-boundary concerns, protected features, and other conditions that could affect safety or scope. Tree, landscape, masonry, and weather conditions

Trees, soil, structures, access, and weather can change, and no website statement guarantees the future condition of a tree or property.
